General Information
Orders are shipped from Germany via DHL or UPS, depending on size and destination.
Typical delivery times vary between 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Please note that liability for untracked shipments is limited. We cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed parcels without tracking. If you wish to ensure full coverage, please select a tracked shipping option during checkout.
United States
"USPS - Package Consolidation" is a workaround to ensure availability of small parcels to our US customers. Orders are collected and send together to the US, where they are de-consolidated and shipped normally with USPS Smartmail Plus. Orders are shipped either once per week or once at least 5 orders are collected. Shipping times can vary between 2-4 weeks.
Larger parcels shipped with UPS are usually delivered within 5–10 business days. Shipped with DHL Paket International, runtimes vary between 1-4 weeks.
Canada
Deliveries to Canada typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. No known restrictions or delays.
Other Countries
Most destinations are serviced normally. However, some regions may experience longer delivery times, including (but not limited to):
Brazil, Chile, Cuba, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Puerto Rico, USA, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Tasmania, and South Africa.
